Heal what talk therapy can't touch

Unlearn shame, embody pleasure:

Experience somatic transformation & sexual awakening

Sunlight shining through trees, creating lens flare and bokeh effects.

Guided somatic healing for people who are done understanding their patterns and ready to actually change them.

This isn't talk therapy.

This is where attachment theory meets tantric practice meets the nervous system — a combination most practitioners don't offer because they haven't lived it and trained in all three.

This is about being present.

Learn how to get grounded, cultivate awareness and come home to your body in a tangible way that brings more pleasure to your life.

Sarah Wilder comes to this work through her own healing journey with disorganized attachment, sexual dissociation, and numbness.

She holds certifications in Attachment Coaching, board-certified sexology, and 5-Element Tibetan Tantra.

She doesn't teach anything she hasn't moved through in her own body first.

This work is for you if…

  • You feel like something essential is missing but you can’t name it — and without the right container for exploration, that unnamed ache just gets louder

  • Your wounds are choosing your partners, your reactions, and your self-worth for you — and without healing at the somatic level, willpower and insight alone won’t break the cycle.

  • Pleasure feels like something you have to earn, perform, or justify — and without reclaiming it as your birthright, you’ll keep living at a fraction of your capacity for joy.

I work with women, men and folks from all orientations who want a practical approach and actionable guidance through emotional, sexual and relational issues.

In a culture that taught you to disconnect from desire, you want permission to feel — fully and without shame.

The WILD Relating Process

Getting Started

When booking the first call, you'll fill out a short intake with the following questions. There are no right answers. Whatever you write is the perfect place to begin.

Our First Call

This is where we feel into it together. We'll talk about what's alive for you, what your body has been carrying, and what you're longing for. I'll share how I work and we'll both get honest about whether this is the right fit. By the end of the call, you'll already feel something different — the relief of being fully seen, heard and held.

Ongoing Sessions

Every session begins with a grounding practice and a check-in — not small talk, but a real landing. From there, we move at the pace of your nervous system. Some sessions are quiet and interior. Some crack you open. All of them are led by what your body is ready for that day, aligned with your stated goals for our work together.

The Experience

Working with me feels like being seen by someone who isn't trying to fix you. I track what your body is saying before you have words for it — a held breath, a shift in posture, the moment something softens. I won't push you past your edge, but I won't let you hide from it either. You'll be invited, never pushed — and somewhere inside that invitation, you'll find yourself going places you didn't think you were ready for.

Your Questions, Answered

  • This work honors your sexuality, your desire, and your body's wisdom — but sessions themselves are not sexual. There is no sexual contact. What I offer is a safe, boundaried space where you can develop a healthier, more integrated relationship with parts of yourself that may have been shut down, shamed, or neglected. You always have full say over what happens in our time together.

  • I'm glad you're asking, and yes — this work is designed with you in mind. Everything we do is trauma-informed and paced to your nervous system, not a protocol. We will never go faster than your body is ready to go. If you're working with a therapist or other provider, I welcome that collaboration. The intake process exists so I can understand your story and build a container where you feel genuinely safe — not just told that you are.

  • Then you're doing the work. Tears, trembling, stillness, laughter, numbness — none of it is a problem here. These are your body's natural ways of processing and releasing, and I'm trained to be a steady, calm presence through all of it. You can pause, slow down, or stop at any point. There is no wrong way to feel in this space.

  • Not even a little. Most people who come to me are brand new to this. There's nothing to study, nothing to prepare, and nothing to get right. I'll meet you exactly where you are. The only thing you need to bring is your willingness to show up.

  • That's something we'll explore together. Some people feel a real shift in a single session. For deeper attachment work and lasting nervous system change, a longer container tends to serve best. There's no pressure to commit to anything before you're ready — we'll talk about what makes sense for you on our first call.

  • Completely. Everything you share — in sessions, on your intake form, in messages between sessions — is held with the same care I bring to the work itself. I don't share client information with anyone without your explicit written permission.

  • Yes. Virtual sessions are available. We’ll discuss which format serves your goals best.

  • No. This is a shame-free, judgment-free space. Desire — in all its complexity — is a natural, healthy part of being human. A core part of this work is creating a safe enough container for you to bring the parts of yourself you’ve been hiding into the light. You don’t need to “fix” anything to be welcome here.

  • That’s a perfectly beautiful place to start. You don’t need clarity to begin — you just need willingness. The discovery call is designed for exactly this. We’ll explore what’s alive for you and I’ll help you find the right entry point.

  • Clients commonly report feeling more present in their bodies, more capacity for intimacy and pleasure, reduced anxiety in relationships, greater ability to set boundaries, and a quieter inner critic. The deepest shifts tend to be the ones that are hardest to put into words — a felt sense of being more fully yourself.
