This work honors your sexuality, your desire, and your body's wisdom — but sessions themselves are not sexual. There is no sexual contact. What I offer is a safe, boundaried space where you can develop a healthier, more integrated relationship with parts of yourself that may have been shut down, shamed, or neglected. You always have full say over what happens in our time together.

I'm glad you're asking, and yes — this work is designed with you in mind. Everything we do is trauma-informed and paced to your nervous system, not a protocol. We will never go faster than your body is ready to go. If you're working with a therapist or other provider, I welcome that collaboration. The intake process exists so I can understand your story and build a container where you feel genuinely safe — not just told that you are.
-
Then you're doing the work. Tears, trembling, stillness, laughter, numbness — none of it is a problem here. These are your body's natural ways of processing and releasing, and I'm trained to be a steady, calm presence through all of it. You can pause, slow down, or stop at any point. There is no wrong way to feel in this space.
-
Not even a little. Most people who come to me are brand new to this. There's nothing to study, nothing to prepare, and nothing to get right. I'll meet you exactly where you are. The only thing you need to bring is your willingness to show up.
-
That's something we'll explore together. Some people feel a real shift in a single session.
For deeper attachment work and lasting nervous system change, a longer container tends to serve best. There's no pressure to commit to anything before you're ready — we'll talk about what makes sense for you on our first call.
-
Completely. Everything you share — in sessions, on your intake form, in messages between sessions — is held with the same care I bring to the work itself. I don't share client information with anyone without your explicit written permission.
-
Yes. Virtual sessions are available. We’ll discuss which format serves your goals best.
-
No. This is a shame-free, judgment-free space. Desire — in all its complexity — is a natural, healthy part of being human.
A core part of this work is creating a safe enough container for you to bring the parts of yourself you’ve been hiding into the light. You don’t need to “fix” anything to be welcome here.
-
That’s a perfectly beautiful place to start. You don’t need clarity to begin — you just need willingness. The discovery call is designed for exactly this. We’ll explore what’s alive for you and I’ll help you find the right entry point.

It can be, if that’s meaningful to you. The tantric tradition this work draws from is a spiritual lineage, and some clients experience this work as profoundly sacred.
Others experience it as practical, body-based skill-building. I honor wherever you are on that spectrum and don’t impose any particular framework.
-
Clients commonly report feeling more present in their bodies, more capacity for intimacy and pleasure, reduced anxiety in relationships, greater ability to set boundaries, and a quieter inner critic.
The deepest shifts tend to be the ones that are hardest to put into words — a felt sense of being more fully yourself.
